School of Nursing director named to executive leadership program
Ann Cary, Ph.D., M.P.H., R.N., director of the School of Nursing at Loyola University New Orleans, has been chosen by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing to participate in the new AACN-Wharton Executive Leadership Program. Cary is one of 37 nurse educators from 25 states participating this year in the leadership program.
Archbishop Aymond kicks off Loyola's Presidential Centennial Guest Series
The centennial celebration continues at Loyola University New Orleans this fall with the launch of a Presidential Centennial Guest Series. The Most Rev. Gregory Michael Aymond, Archbishop of New Orleans, will start the series off with his talk, "Catholic Education: Gifts and Challenges in 2012 and Beyond," on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. in Louis J. Roussel Performance Hall.
