M. Isabel Medina, the Ferris Family Distinguished Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, presented a paper on "The Challenges of Effective Legal Defense in Deportation Proceedings," at the South Texas Law Review's Symposium on Ethical Considerations in Immigration Reform, at South Texas College of Law on Oct. 11. The paper will be published by the South Texas Law Review.
She also participated in a panel discussion on "Ethical Considerations in Immigration Reform."
