Bomb threat on Tulane's campus over

The bomb threat at Tulane University in Richardson Memorial Hall has been determined to be false. The building was swept by the responding bomb squad which found no threat and authorities have given the all clear. Conditions on both Tulane’s and Loyola’s campuses have returned to normal. Access to West Road, West Road Garage, and Stallings Hall on Loyola’s campus has been opened.
