September 2, 2011
The Loyola University New Orleans volleyball team opened the 2011 season last Saturday with a 3-0 shutout win over the Southern University at New Orleans Lady Knights. It was the season opener for both teams.
“It was very exciting to get out there and play against another team,” said Coach Tommy Harold. “We had moments when we were very pleased with the match, but there is still a lot of improving to do over the course of the season.”

The Wolfpack excelled in serving for the evening, tailing 11 aces.
