Jewish foundation honors alumna

Joyce S. Pulitzer ’79, received the Jewish Federations of North America’s Endowment Achievement Award from the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana.

Pulitzer is a past president of JEF and was the first woman president of both Touro Synagogue and the Anti-Defamation League. She was also the first Jewish president of the Hermann Grima Gallier Historic Houses, formerly the Christian Women’s Exchange.
