Beginning fall 2011, Loyola University New Orleans will offer three new interdisciplinary degree majors in the environment.
Visual arts professor W. Mark Grote brings his exhibit of giant hats inspired by 15th century paintings of Piero Della Francesca to Loyola University New Orleans this summer. "The Hats of Piero Della Francesca" are displayed in Dixon Court.
Fourteen members of the Bavarian German legislature visited the Loyola University New Orleans campus last week for a meeting with Robert A. Thomas, Ph.D., director of the Center for Environmental Communication and Loyola Chair of Environmental Communication.
A recently awarded $20,000 grant from the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation will enable Loyola University New Orleans psychology alumnus Corey Phillips '11 and university curriculum developer Brad Petitfils to continue teaching computer literacy to homeless residents at the Ozanam Inn.
