Wolfpack athletics holds annual golf tournament April 15

The 14th annual Loyola Wolfpack Athletics Golf Tournament will be held Friday, April 15 at Audubon Golf Course. Lunch begins at noon and players tee up at 1 p.m. An awards ceremony follows at 5 p.m.
The cost is $150 for individual players, $675 for a foursome and hole sponsorship, and $1,000 for a foursome package which includes hole sponsor signage, a Polo shirt and a hat. Individual hole sponsorship is available for $100. Proceeds from the tournament benefit Wolfpack athletics.
A “Rags package” is also available for $875 and includes a foursome, hole sponsor signage and two tickets to the Rags Scheuermann Scholarship fundraiser, held the same evening at 7 p.m. at Harrah’s Casino New Orleans Theatre. From 1957 to 1972, Coach Scheuermann led the Wolfpack baseball team to unprecedented heights, and is widely recognized for his influence on the game of baseball and the many lives he touched. Proceeds from this event will go toward scholarships that will provide student-athletes with funding necessary to succeed in their academic and athletic careers.
