Law professor co-authors article for national publication

Loyola University New Orleans assistant professor of law Johanna Kalb, J.D., recently co-authored an article published by the American Constitution Society, a national legal organization.
“Oklahoma State Question 755 and an Analysis of Anti-International Law Initiatives” examines an Oklahoma ballot initiative banning judges from considering foreign and international law in rendering their opinions.
The issue brief was co-authored by Martha F. Davis, associate dean for clinical and experiential education at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Mass.,
