Law professor's constitutional presentation available via live webcast

Johanna Kalb, J.D., assistant professor of law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, will participate in the panel “Federalism and State Constitutions” at Penn State Law on September 22. The panel is part of the symposium “State Constitutionalism in the 21st Century.”

Kalb will present her paper “The Persistence of Dualism in Human Rights Treaty Implementation.” Kalb’s presentation is scheduled to take place 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., C.S.T., and will be available to watch here via a live webcast.
