Diboll Gallery director hosts book signing at the Louisiana State Museum

August 27, 2010

In commemoration of Hurricane Katrina’s fifth anniversary, Karoline Schleh, Collins C. Diboll Art Gallery director and Loyola University New Orleans visual arts instructor, and husband Sean Gerowin, will sign their Katrina inspired children’s book, "Catte Au Lait and the Big Hurricane," on Saturday, Aug. 28, from 1-3 p.m. The signing takes place at the Louisiana State Museum gift shop located in the 1850 House, Jackson Square.

The couple has generously donated copies of the book to Friends of the Cabildo, an organization that supports the programming and mission of the Louisiana State Museum. Proceeds from book sales on Aug. 28 will benefit the nonprofit organization.
