Religious studies professor lands consulting editor position

Denis Janz, Ph.D., the Provost Distinguished Professor of Religious Studies in Loyola’s College of Humanities and Natural Sciences, has been appointed as a consulting editor by Fortress Press, a publisher of Christian texts whose parent company, Augsburg Fortress, is the publishing house of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

Janz’s responsibilities as consulting editor include text acquisitions in the area of European Christianity and evaluating new European books for translation and publication in North America.
