Loyola Life holds pregnancy resource forum March 15

Loyola Life will sponsor a panel discussion to help inform the Loyola community of the resources available to pregnant students, faculty and staff, who want to continue study and work at Loyola. The event takes place on March 15 at 7 p.m., in the St. Charles Room of the Danna Student Center. This event is free and open to the public.
Director of Counseling and Health Services, Alicia Bourque, Ph.D., Karen Reichard, Ph.D., director of the Women’s Resource Center, Sarah Cooper, president of the Student Government Association, Kurt Bindewald, director of University Ministry, and Robyn Oubre, director of the Whelan Children's Center will participate in the panel discussion, which will be moderated by a representative from Feminists for Life of America.
Some of the many topics to be discussed include costs and admissions processes for the Whelan Children’s Center, flexible class times for pregnant students and maternity coverage in student health care plans.
