Law professor delivers paper in Serbia

James M. Klebba, Victor H. Schiro Distinguished Professor of Law, delivered a paper titled "A Comparative Look at the Judiciary in the United States and Continental Europe," in December 2009 at the Mount Kopaonik School of Natural Law’s annual conference, held in Belgrade, Serbia.
The paper was also published in the school’s book of annual proceedings, Pravni Zivot. The Mount Kopaonik School of Natural Law has been involved in a number of law reform activities, including drafting the (post-Communist) Serbian Civil Code.
While in Serbia, Klebba also gave a lecture to students and professors at the Faculty of Law for Business and Justice in Novi Sad. The topic was “A Comparison of European and Anglo-American Civil Procedure.”
