Loyola's Hadley named volleyball NAIA scholar-athlete
December 11, 2009
Loyola University New Orleans volleyball player Kristie Hadley was recently named to the 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athlete list for her performance in the classroom.
Hadley, a junior outside hitter from Plymouth, Mass., appeared in 33 of 35 matches for the Wolfpack this past season. Hadley, majoring in sociology, tallied 24 kills and dug out 89 attacks. In her three seasons, Loyola has an overall record of 65-36.
In order to be named to the scholar-athlete list, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved junior academic status to qualify.
