Loyola faculty and staff invited to Advent Retreat

The Loyola University New Orleans Jesuit Center presents “An Advent Retreat: A Time to Watch, Wonder and Welcome,” on Friday, Dec. 11, from 1–4:30 p.m. The retreat will take place at Holy Name of Jesus Parish Center, 6220 LaSalle Place, at the corner of Calhoun Street, across from Holy Name of Jesus School. It is free and open to Loyola faculty and staff. Vacation time does not need to be used.
Advent is a time for reflection and preparation for the feast of Christmas. Associate professor in Loyola’s Institute for Ministry, the Rev. Jerry Fagin, S.J., will lead the retreat, during which there will be time for prayer and reflection.
