Ethics professor attends conference in France

Kenneth Keulman, professor of ethics at Loyola University New Orleans, attended the 10th annual International Conference of the Decision Sciences Institute in Nancy, France, June 24-27. While there, he gave a presentation on "Human Security in the New Counterinsurgency Doctrine" at a conference session on innovating and implementing human security. Keulman also moderated a panel called “NAFTA: Issues and Opportunities.”
