Susan Brower speaks at conference in North Carolina
October 23, 2009
Susan Brower, media services coordinator and associate professor in the J. Edgar and Louise S. Monroe Library, presented two sessions at the Consortium of College and University Media Centers annual conference at Elon University in Greensboro, N.C., earlier this month.
“Shopping for Clickers: How to Choose and Implement a Student Response System,” reviewed Loyola University’s process for choosing a student response system and how Media Services implements it. A student response system involves electronic devices that students use in a classroom setting to provide feedback and answer questions posed by their professor.
Brower also presented “Media Services Tips and Tricks,” which provided a summary of practical information and solutions for university media centers.
