Law professor to provide commentary to the Indiana Law Review

The Indiana Law Review has invited Loyola University New Orleans College of Law professor Mitchell Crusto to join a number of high profile academics from Princeton University, Ohio State University, Indiana University and the University of Iowa in submitting commentary on the upcoming publication of a provocative article on affirmative action.

The upcoming article,“Brilliant Disguise: An Empirical Analysis of a Social Experiment Banning Affirmative Action,” is written by Seattle University School of Law professor Dr. Deirdre Bowen.
