Loyola's Brock garners All-Louisiana

Loyola’s Ryan Brock has been named second team All-Louisiana by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association for the 2008-09 season. Brock is the first player in Loyola men’s basketball history to receive All-Louisiana honors.
While averaging 19.9 points per game, Brock led Loyola to 19 wins this season, which is the most since 1948. A graduate of Brother Martin High School in New Orleans, Brock was also named All-GCAC, GCAC Newcomer of the Year, and received an All-American honorable mention as a sophomore.
