Law professor contributes to Times-Picayune article
March 20, 2009
Professor Mitchell Crusto contributed to the March 8 Times-Picayune article titled, “Court issues string of policyholder-friendly rulings in insurance cases.”
In it, Crusto says, “I think that Louisiana's insurance jurisprudence is more developed today than it was a year ago, so the courts have a little more guidance.”
“I don’t think analysis of the sociology, unless there’s further proof of it, would be the one I would want to hang my hat on.”
