College of Music string faculty perform chamber concert Tuesday

Loyola University New Orleans College of Music faculty members Allen Nisbet, Bruce Owen and Amy Thiaville, along with Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra violinist Elizabeth Overweg, will present a string quartet concert featuring the music of Mozart and Beethoven on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 7:30 p.m., in Roussel Performance Hall, located in the Communications/Music Complex on Loyola’s main campus.
Performed selections include String Quartet K.464, by Mozart and String Quartet Op. 59, No.1, by Beethoven.
The performance is free and open to the public.
