Wolfpack volleyball trio honored by AVCA

Loyola volleyball players Mary Seals and Gina Gill were named to the 2008 American Volleyball Coaches Association NAIA All-Mid-South Region Team. Sarah Howard was awarded with an Honorable Mention.
Seals, a senior outside hitter who was also named All-GCAC, finished second in the conference with 3.7 kills per game. She finished her career as Loyola's all-time leader in kills.
GCAC Freshman of the Year Gina Gill led the conference in kills (3.8 kpg) in her first year with the Wolfpack. Gill, an outside hitter from Baton Rouge, was also named All-GCAC.
Houston native Sarah Howard, also All-GCAC, led the conference in assists (830) and won Setter of the Year this season. Howard leaves the Wolfpack as the all-time leader in assists.
