College of Law professor addresses challenges in teaching civil procedure

College of Law Professor Mary Garvey Algero presented “Challenges (and solutions) in Teaching Civil Procedure,” at the Southeastern Association of Law Schools' annual conference in West Palm Beach, Fla., in July 2008. Also this past July, Algero presented “Beyond Powerpoint and Movie Clips: How to Reach Your Full Potential as a Teacher,” at the Conference of the Legal Writing Institute at the Indiana University Schoolof Law.
Algero was re-elected to the executive board of the board of directors of the Association of Legal Writing Directors and was appointed to serve a second term on the editorial board of the Journal of the Legal Writing Institute.
