Isabel Medina piece published in Harvard Latino Law Review

Ferris Family Distinguished Professor in the College of Law, M. Isabel Medina, recently published her "Ruminations on the Fourth Amendment: Case Law, Commentary, and the Word 'Citizen'" in the Harvard Latino Law Review 189 (2008).

Medina is also representing pro bono a permanent resident non-citizen in an appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
