Law professor presenting at Louisiana State Bar Association annual meeting

Visiting assistant clinical professor and licensed attorney Denise Piliť will be presenting to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section at the upcoming Louisiana State Bar Association's Annual Meeting in Destin, Fla. Her presentation will discuss the Loyola Mediation Clinic and other recent developments in ADR. The ADR Section meeting will take place between 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2008, and the informal presentation will begin around 1:45 pm. All registrants are invited to attend and will be given 1.5 hours of CLE credit. Professor Piliť also has been nominated to Chair the ADR Section. Election results will be announced at the meeting.
