Law professor James Klebba speaks to group devoted to study of civil and comparative law

Professor James M. Klebba delivered a paper on April 18 to the Society of Bartolus on a comparison of class actions in the U.S. to analogous “group action” procedures in Europe. The Society of Bartolus is a group of Louisiana judges, lawyers and academics devoted to the study of civil law and comparative law.
