William Locander, Ph.D., has been selected as the new dean for the Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business.
The College of Music and Fine Arts is proud to present The Dallas Brass as part of the Montage Series on Wednesday, March 12, at 7:30 p.m., in Roussel Hall.
Staff Conference Day, a day dedicated to the development and appreciation of Loyola's staff and administrators, will be held on Monday, March 17.
"Green Salon 2008" brings to Loyola an exciting line-up of lectures focusing on current societal issues such as fluctuating global temperatures, urban development and renewable systems along with discussions on sustainable business practices for graphic design professionals. The lectures take place Thursday, March 13, beginning at 12:30 p.m. in Roussel Performance Hall.
It's all about jazz this weekend at Loyola University New Orleans. The university's annual jazz festival takes place Friday and Saturday and will include performances by acclaimed trombonist Steve Davis, Loyola jazz faculty members as well as a battle of the high school jazz bands.
The Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business will host an open house for prospective master of business administration (M.B.A.) students as well as law students who want to pursue a joint juris doctor and M.B.A. The event will be held on Thursday, March 27, from 6 to 8 p.m.
