Friday, November 9, from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Black Student Union is sponsoring the second Annual BSU Fashion Show in the St. Charles Room of the Danna Student Center.

Friday, November 9, all day, the Loyola College of Law is hosting a Moot Court Golf Tournament at the Audubon Golf Course.

Friday, November 9, at 5 p.m., the Wolfpack womens basketball team will take on Wiley College in The Den.

Friday, November 9, at 7 p.m., the Wolfpack mens basketball team will take on Wiley College in The Den.

Friday, November 9, through Saturday, November 10, from 7 to 10 p.m., the Wolfpack womens volleyball team will participate in the GCAC Tournament in New Orleans.

Friday, November 9, from 8 to 10 p.m., the Loyola Department of Theatre Arts and Dance will present The Laramie Project in Marquette Theater. Additional show dates are November 10 at 8 p.m., and November 11 at 2 p.m.

Friday, November 9, from 1 to 6 p.m., the Loyola University College of Law Institute for Continuing Legal Education presents Entertainment Law in this Changing Music Environment held in Nunemaker Auditorium, Monroe Hall.

Saturday, November 10, from 3 to 5 p.m., the Loyola University Wind Ensemble will perform with Col. John Bourgeois in the Roussel Performance Hall in the Communications/Music Complex.

Saturday, November 10, at 12 p.m., the Wolfpack womens volleyball team will take on Dillard University at the GCAC Tournament in New Orleans.

Saturday, November 10, at 5 p.m., the Wolfpack womens basketball team will take on Concordia College Selma in The Den.

Saturday, November 10, at 7 p.m., the Wolfpack mens basketball team will take on Webber International University in The Den.

Sunday, November 11, from 3 to 5 p.m., the Loyola University Wind Ensemble will perform with Col. John Bourgeois in the Roussel Performance Hall in the Communications/Music Complex.

Sunday, November 11, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., the Loyola University Jazz Bands will perform in the Roussel Performance Hall in the Communications/Music Complex.

Sunday, November 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Office of Co-Curricular Programs is sponsoring a trip to the D-Day Museum, which will feature a special exhibit featuring baseball during WWII. Transportation will be provided to the D-Day Museum, downtown. Meet in Mercy Lot at 11:30 a.m.

Monday, November 12, at 7 p.m., the Wolfpack mens basketball team will take on Clarke College University in The Den.

Monday, November 12, from 4 to 6 p.m., begins International Education Week, with a lecture, Building Sustainable Chinese Cities: The Perspectives from Shanghai, at Tulane University, Room TBA.

Monday, November 12, at 7 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a film showing, Water, at Loyola University, in The Underground of the Danna Student Center.

Tuesday, November 13, from 7 to 9 p.m., Craig S. Hood, Ph.D., will present a lecture on Discovering the Mammals of Jean Lafitte National Park and Preserve at the fall meeting of the Orleans Audubon Society, in Monroe Hall, Room 157.

Tuesday, November 13, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., there will be an Intro to PowerPoint workshop in the Library Instruction Classroom, Room 229, second floor, Monroe Library.

Tuesday, November 13, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., the Biological Sciences Faculty Research Seminar Series is hosting a lecture on Potassium channel modulation of learning and memory. Department of Cell and Molecular Biology, with Laura Schrader, Ph.D., from Tulane University, in Monroe Hall, Room 157.

Tuesday, November 13, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a lecture, Off the Beaten Path: Non-Traditional Study Abroad, at Loyola University, Monroe Library, Multimedia Room I.

Tuesday, November 13, at 7 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a film showing, City of God, at Tulane University, Goldring/Woldenberg Hall, Room 1111.

Wednesday, November 14, from 9 to 10 a.m., there will be a Mail Merge and Drawing Toolbar workshop in the Library Instruction Classroom, Room 229, second floor, Monroe Library.

Wednesday, November 14, from 6 to 10 p.m., UPB is sponsoring a trip to the Hornets v. 76ers game. Transportation will be provided.

Wednesday, November 14, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a workshop, “Working Abroad,” at Loyola University, Monroe Library, Multimedia Room II.

Wednesday, November 14, from 7 to 10 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a showing of the film Paradise Now, at Loyola's Nunemaker Auditorium, Monroe Hall.

Thursday, November 15, at 12 p.m., as part of International Education Week, there will be a panel, “Fulbright: In the U.S. and Abroad,” at Tulane University, in the Rogers Memorial Chapel.

Thursday, November 15, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., the Montage Jazz Underground presents the Banjo Kings, featuring Don Vappie, in The Underground of the Danna Student Center.

Thursday, November 15, from 5 to 8 p.m. will be the opening reception for the Diboll Gallery Second Nature Sculpture and Painting Exhibit, in the Diboll Art Gallery, Monroe Library, fourth floor.

Thursday, November 15, from 7 to 11 p.m., the Wolfpack mens basketball team will take on Huston-Tillotson University in The Den.

Friday, November 16, to Saturday, November 17, from 8 to 10 p.m., the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance presents the Loyola Ballet Fall Concert in the Roussel Performance Hall in the Communications/Music Complex.

Friday, November 16, from 12:30 to 2 p.m., Ashley White, A01, the Director of Publicity for Atlantic Records will speak at Loyola, location to be announced.

Friday, November 16, from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., the Black Student Union presents the ninth Annual BSU Scholarship Gala at the Musee Conti Wax Museum, at 917 Conti Street. Shuttles will transport guests to the location from the Mercy Hall parking lot from 6 to 7:45 p.m.

Friday, November 16, from 8 to 10 p.m., there will be a showing of the movie, Superbad, in The Underground of the Danna Student Center.

Sunday, November 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Houston Alumni Chapter of Loyola University New Orleans presents a game watch party for the Saints vs. Texans, at Big Woodrow’s, 3111 Chimney Rock, Houston, Texas.

Sunday, November 18, from 4 to 6 p.m., Dr. Marcus St. Julien presents the Organ Works of César Franck, part 1, at Temple Sinai Reformed Congregation on the corner of St. Charles Ave. and Calhoun St.

Monday, November 19, at 7 p.m., the Wolfpack mens basketball team will take on Delta State University in The Den.

Wednesday, November 21, through Friday, November 23, the Thanksgiving Holiday begins for staff and students.

Wednesday, November 21, at 5:30 p.m., the Wolfpack womens basketball team will take on Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, Texas.
