Florida Expanding Flawed Medicaid Managed Care Experiment

The Florida Center for Fiscal and Economic Policy reports that the 2011 Florida legislature expanded its flawed Medicaid managed care experiment, dating from 2006, to cover almost all of the three million poor and needy Floridians on Medicaid.  This intensification of privatization of Medicaid, the Center reports, "imperils the health care" of those covered by Medicaid in the state.  See the full report here.
