Trey OursoNamed in February 2010 by Politics Magazine as one of the Top 10 Democratic Influencers in Louisiana, Trey Ourso is the former Executive Director of the Louisiana Democratic Party and former national president of the Association of State Democratic Executive Directors. Under his leadership in 1999, the Democratic Party of Louisiana maintained control of both chambers of the legislature. Trey is a graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi and the Louisiana State University Law School. He served as Special Counsel to Louisiana Attorney General Richard Ieyoub and was the first state party executive director to address the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles in 2000.  Trey lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and two children.


Jason Hebert - Jason Hebert co-founded The Political Firm, a full service political consulting firm, after managing the Bush-Cheney 2004 Campaign in Louisiana and Colorado, winning key victories with both states. As a veteran of over 300 campaigns, Hebert has served as both the Executive Director and Political Director for the Republican Party of Louisiana. Politics Magazine recently named Jason as one of the top 10 political influencers in Louisiana.

In 2005, Jason ran a state public relations and grassroots organization set up to help secure the appointments of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito to the U.S. Supreme Court. Jason has worked with members of Congress as a finance representative with the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and served on the George W. Bush Administration’s White House advance team.

Hebert has also lectured in seminars nationally and internationally on grassroots organization, political strategy, public affairs and media communications. His most recent notable clients include Congressmen Steve Scalise (LA01), Congressman Randy Weber (TX-14), Louisiana Commissioner of Agriculture Mike Strain, Alabama Supreme Court Justice Greg Shaw, Louisiana Secretary of State Tom Schedler, and Louisiana Lieutenant Governor Jay Dardenne, and US Senator David Vitter.

Today, Jason and his partner at The Political Firm represent candidates for Congress, US Senate and the state legislature.

Jason is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with his wife Lisa and their two children, Jase and Jackson
