Information Technology Computer Labs
Information Technology provides computer labs located on campus for use by all of Loyola’s students. All of these facilities have Internet access and offer free printing. These labs listed below can be utilized for academic purposes as well as surfing the Internet and checking email.
Monroe Library LabsLocated in the Information Technology wing of the Monroe Library building, these labs offer access (when classes are in session) to computers on the main campus. Included in these 3 labs are 80 Dell computers and 3 high-speed laser printers. The centralized location and the hours of operation make these labs the most popular on campus. Available Software: |

Writing Across the CurriculumLocated in Bobet 100, the Wac Lab offers an excellent lab environment to write papers. It houses 26 Dell computers and 2 laser printers. What makes this lab stand out from the rest is the in house tutors, who are on hand to proof read papers and offer assistance. Available Software: |

Cabra LabThis satellite lab is located on the 1st floor of Cabra Residential Hall. This lab contains 4 Dell computers and 1 laser printer. The location of this lab gives residents of Cabra Hall access to computers on the Broadway Campus. Card access is required to enter this lab. Available Software: |

Emac LabThis lab is located on the first floor of the Monroe Library. It houses 18 Macintosh computers and is an excellent lab to work on music / multimedia projects. Midi keyboards are available for check out, for use in this lab, at the Library Circulation Desk. Available Software: |

Math LabLocated on the 4th floor of Monroe Hall (room 405) this lab has 23 computers. In addition to Information Technology’s basic software it has specific software programs for Math and Computer Science majors. The Math Department also runs a math tutoring service from within this lab. Available Software: |
