The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (H.R. 4137) was signed into law on August 14, 2008. This Law mandates that we provide you with a significant amount of additional information in a variety of formats.

Athletic Scholarships
Loyola offers a small number of full scholarships for student-athletes participating in the men's and women's basketball programs. Starting in the 2009-2010 year, a small number of partial scholarships will be available to students who are actively participating in other intercollegiate athletic programs (volleyball, tennis, baseball, and cross-country/track) . NEW: Women's Golf will be added for the 2012-2013 academic year with Men's Golf following in 2013-2014.

Conference Affiliations
- In a move to enhance its athletic program, Loyola University New Orleans joined the Southern States Athletics Conference in competition starting in 2010.
