HEOA Consumer Disclosures
The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (H.R. 4137) was signed into law on August 14, 2008. This Law mandates that we provide you with a significant amount of additional information in a variety of formats.
Schools must annually provide a notice to all enrolled student describing the availability of consumer information on a number of topics. This page will document how Loyola University New Orleans attempted to meet these disclosure requirements. NEW FOR 2010-2011: All e-mail notices sent to students through the PowerFAIDS system will also be recorded in the "communications log" section in PowerFAIDS.
2012-2013 Academic Year (Scheduled)
FERPA notices are sent through the Student Records Office. The University Police/Office of Public Safety handle all the fire and crime statistics disclosures.

FERPA notices are sent through the Student Records Office. The University Police/Office of Public Safety handle all thefire and crime statistics disclosures.
