The College Admissions Project

In the College Admissions Project, volunteers are paired one-on-one with Orleans and Jefferson Parish public school seniors to guide them through the paperwork and requirements necessary to gain successful entry into a college of their choice.  The program is sponsored by the Young Leadership Council (YLC).

Greekfest's "Life After High School" Program

Greek Fest, LLC sponsors a mentorship program, Life After High School, for high school juniors and seniors. This program is designed to expose high school students to college life and encourage them to pursue a degree at a higher education institution.

Loyola's UPWARD BOUND Program

Loyola's Upward Bound Program is works with high schoool students to increase skills in language arts, mathematics, laboratory science, and foreign language. The program also provides academic and career advisement, postsecondary orientation and preparation; and a variety of motivational and cultural enrichment activities.

Urban League College Track Program

Urban League College Track is an after school program in New Orleans for under-resourced high school students who are motivated to earn a college degree.  College Track sets high expectations and provides rigorous academic preparation, opportunities for leadership development and enrichment, and guidance through the college application and selection process.
