Consumer Information
The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (H.R. 4137) was signed into law on August 14, 2008. This Law mandates that we provide you with a significant amount of additional information in a variety of formats.
Schools must annually provide a notice to all enrolled student describing the availability of consumer information. Disclosure requirements cover the following areas:

- School profile on the National Center for Education Statistics' web site . This is a comprehensive site maintained by the Department of Education. It contains information on many aspects of university life including costs, aid, accreditations, and graduation rates.
- Common Data Set - The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers as represented by the College Board, Peterson's, and U.S. News & World Report. The combined goal of this collaboration is to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education, as well as to reduce the reporting burden on data providers
