COA and NFLP

The new "Truth in Lending" Disclosures under the High Education Opportunity Act mandate that all applicants under the Nurse Faculty Loan Program complete the Department of Education's Private Education Loan Applicant Self Certification Form (Microsoft Word) . Depending on the programs on your computer, you can also choose to utilize the Adobe Acrobat version of the form.

This page provides information on how to calculate  the "cost of attendance" for the period covered by the NFLP loan. These are average costs that we use to determine your eligibility for federal financial aid programs. Due to funding limitations, we can currently offer NFLP funds to cover ONLY your tuition and fees. Therefore, there is no real need to argue with us about these figures. Nevertheless, this information is requested on the Applicant Self-Certification Form that you must complete as part of the application process.
