Travel and Entertainment Expenses
There are occasions when it is necessary and appropriate for members of the university community to incur travel and entertainment expenses while conducting university business. These expenses can include but are not limited to meal and hotel costs, conference fees, registration fees and transportation expenses. Compensation for these expenses is available depending upon the nature of the expense and the determination of both the employee’s department and the Financial Affairs office.
