Attention Faculty and Staff Who Have Not Reported in to HR Since Katrina

Since Katrina, a number of employees have not reported in to Human Resources. We are concerned about these faculty and staff members. If your name is on the list, the University was expecting to hear from you by November 1 and you were expected to report to work on campus by November 28. If you have not contacted your supervisor, please do so immediately.

Those of you who have talked with your supervisor or a coworker, HR still needs to have your current, updated information. Please complete this convenient form and submit electronically, or call our office at 504-864-7757. We need the following for our records: name, social security number (to verify identity), current email address, current (although temporary) mailing address, and current phone number.
