      Tender chicken breast & mushroom duxell
      wrapped in puff pastry, served with demi glaze
      & two vegetables.

Coconut Almond Tilapia - $MKT pp
      Tilapia filet crusted with coconut & almond
      and baked golden brown, served with
      pineapple salsa, coconut rice & caribbean
      blend.

Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Pepper - $13.59 pp
      Green bell pepper stuffed with tomato,
      mushroom and parmesan brown rice, mixed
      vegetables and a fruit cup.

Vegetable Napoleon - $17.69 pp
      Vegan Napoleon with portobello mushroom,
      eggplant, peppers, zucchini and yellow
      squash, confetti rice, and fruit salad.

Petite Filet & Jumbo Shrimp - $MKT pp
      4oz filet mignon with two jumbo gulf shrimp
      with demi glaze & beurre blanc, served with
      truffle new potatoes & grilled vegetables.
