Challenge Grant
The center has been founded, in part, through a highly competitive Challenge Grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Receipt of an award of $500,000 from the National Endowment for the Humanities is contingent upon the university's raising an additional $1.5 million from private donors and foundations. In order to take advantage of the full match, CSCS staff must raise $332,000 by July 31, 2005, with an additional $666,330 raised by July 31, 2006.
