If you will be a new international student at Loyola for the Fall 2013 semester please fill out the airport request form at least 2 weeks before your arrival.

AIRPORT PICKUP DATES:

- Degree-seeking Students: Sunday, August 18
- Exchange Students: Wednesday, August 21
- Loyola Intensive English Program Students: Sunday, August 25

PLEASE NOTE:

- We cannot guarantee pickup for students who submit airport requests less than two weeks before arrival, for students whose flights are delayed or for students who arrive after 9 PM.
- If you are staying at a hotel upon arrival in New Orleans, we cannot pick you up at the airport.
