If you will be a new international student at Loyola for the Fall 2012 semester please fill out the airport request form at least 2 weeks before your arrival.

AIRPORT PICKUP DATES:

- Degree-seeking students: Sunday, August 19
- Exchange students: Wednesday, August 22
- Loyola Intensive English Program students: Sunday, August 26

PLEASE NOTE:

- We cannot guarantee pickup for students who submit airport requests less than two weeks before arrival, for students whose flights are delayed or for students who arrive after 9 PM.
- If you are staying at a hotel upon arrival in New Orleans, we cannot pick you up at the airport.
