What
Can I Do With This Major?
This online resource outlines a range of career options associated with
various majors. It also provides an opportunity for you to open
a conversation with the student about options outside their planned major.
EMPLOYOLA
Encourage students to use EMPLOYOLA – our job posting system
exclusively for Loyola students. We post all jobs and internships
that come into the CDC in this system. If you learn of any job and
internship opportunities for students, let us know so we can post it and
spread the word.

Boards and Websites
In order to provide assistance to students seeking jobs and internships,
we have compiled a number of online job boards in one
place. We also discuss how to find other job and internship resources.
The sites are organized according to location, industry, and major.
Career Fairs
The CDC hosts a number of career fairs throughout the academic year.
These events connect students looking for jobs and internships with employers
who are hiring. They are also helpful for students who are still
exploring their career options – giving them a chance to interact
with employers, learn about industries, and investigate opportunities
they may not have thought about.
