Recruit at Loyola

The Career Development Center coordinates a number of activities aimed at connecting employers with Loyola students.

Employer Information Sessions
Host an information session where you can tell students about your workplace and career opportunities.  These sessions usually last an hour and include time to answer questions and talk informally with students.

Employer Information Tables
Increase the number of students you reach by having an information table set up on campus.  You can distribute information and discuss details about your organization or business.  We’ll let you know the high-traffic times and locations and arrange the set-up.

Resume Referrals
Ask us for a resume referral, and we’ll do the first layer of work for you!   We examine resumes based on your qualification guidelines and send you a resume packet of suitable students.

On-Campus Interviewing
Set up a time to come to Loyola and interview students.  This efficient and effective recruiting strategy helps you facilitate interviews with a number of students in one or two day periods.  We’ll coordinate the details.

Career Fairs
Career Fairs are a great way to recruit Loyola students.  These events attract large numbers of students and present you with an opportunity to talk with a variety of candidates.
