How to Arrange an On-Campus Recruitment Visit
You may schedule an Fall on-campus recruiting visit between early October and early December. Spring visits may be scheduled between early February and late April. As we offer a very flexible recruiting program, you should be able to target the candidates you desire and have a successful recruiting experience.
PackTRAK, our recruiting management system powered by MonsterTRAK, helps us to easily facilitate the scheduling and administration of on-campus interviews. For those of you familiar with this system, you know that it is both user-friendly and effective. Utilizing this system, resume submission, candidate selection, and interview sign-up will occur electronically. If you have never used InterviewTrak before, you will be pleasantly surprised.
We offer both preselect and open schedules for your convenience. Preselect schedules take a minimum of three weeks advance notice. We do, however, encourage you to provide us with at least one month notice. This will provide us time to market your visit thoroughly.
