Jazz Piano Concert with Sanford Hinderlie

Brilliant jazz pianist and Loyola University New Orleans music professor Sanford Hinderlie will perform a concert featuring selections from his recording, “Hinderlie Plays Hinderlie,” and other jazz standards on Sunday, March 29, at 7:30 p.m., in Roussel Performance Hall, located in the Communications/Music Complex on Loyola’s main campus. The concert is free and open to the public.

Performing alongside Hinderlie will be recent New Orleans Center for Creative Art graduate and bassist Martin Masakowski. Also featured on stage will be sculptures by Loyola visual arts professor Mark Grote. Hinderlie and Masakowski will perform a spontaneous musical interpretation of the sculptures as part of the program.
