- What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- How much is tuition?
Tuition and fees are available through the Office of Student Finance.
- How can I make a payment?
Payments may be made in person at the Office of the Bursar, or non-cash payments may be mailed to the Bursar's Office (below address), or VISA/MC payments may be made by calling the Bursar's Office, fax, or logging on to the internet at http://www.loyno.edu/billpay.
- What form of payment is accepted?
Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, and VISA/MC.
- Where should I mail tuition payments?
Mail payments to the following address: Loyola University, Bursar's Office, 6363 St. Charles Avenue, Campus Box 78, New Orleans, LA 70118-6143.
Please include your billing statement stub, not the entire statement, with your payment, and record your student I.D. number on the check.
- How can I put money on my Express Card?
Stop by the Bursar's Office to add money to your Express Card by cash, check or VISA/MC or call in a VISA/MC payment by phone, (504) 865-2388. Once funds have been placed on your Express Card, they cannot be removed unless you are graduating, transferring, or otherwise leaving the university.
- How can I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through the Office of Student Finance.
