 iCAP

The intercollegiate Community Action Program (iCAP) is an organization dedicated to addressing concerns in our community. Under the coordination of Bread for the World, students at Dillard University, Loyola University, Southern University at New Orleans, Tulane University, University of New Orleans and Xavier University of Louisiana came to recognize the serious hunger problem in our areas.

As a result iCAP was formed to address common needs concerning our communities through both community service and legislative advocacy. Community service may include food drives, tutoring, education, etc. Legislative advocacy may include community meetings, marches, letter writing, etc.
