The Boggs Center’s efforts are focused on ensuring that low-literate adults reach their full potential. The Center identified several challenges in the field to achieve this goal and created programs and services to address them. Some of the challenges identified were: the role of technology in family literacy programs, professional development for literacy providers, adult learner outcomes, and the link between state and local policies.  Some of the programs, services and work developed by the Boggs Center over the past ten years to address these challenges are below.
