DESCRIPTION: Frustration in the Iberville. Thirty seven year old Paul Amar, of the Iberville Housing Development, throws up his hands in dismay as he returns home with his family of nine. His car was under water and useless as they spent five days at the Superdome before evacuation to a shelter in Houston. A construction worker, Mr. Amar is looking forward to finding work rebuilding his city. ÒI have to stay and work this throughÓ, Amar said, as he wonders how he will maintain his young family. Three-year-old Daniel goes back inside to help mom.
