DESCRIPTION: Lake Terrace Still Flooding,
Floodwater continues to flow threw the stone base of the repair made to the collapsed Florida Avenue Levee Floodwall. A stream has formed from the breach to the adjacent Pratt Blvd. The street remains impassable due to the continuously draining water. Permanent repairs are planned for the future. In the meanwhile, all the homes in the area immediately surrounding the break have been condemned. The area appears to have been inundated with fairly fast moving water.
